What we promise, and what we ask

The service

inbyte.io builds a digital invitation from the details and pictures you give us, publishes it on a link (and a QR code) and collects your guests' replies in an inbox you can open and export. The packages — Byte (₱1,499, live 3 months), Suite (₱2,999, live 12 months), Signature (₱5,499, live 24 months), Scale (₱9,999, live 6 months), Class (₱3,499, live 6 months), Reserve (₱6,999, live 12 months) — and the add-ons are described on the pricing section, which is part of these terms.

Payment

Half of the total on go-ahead, the rest before the invitation goes live; rush orders in full. Once a preview has been sent, payments are not refundable; if we cannot match your brief after the edit rounds in your package, the second half is waived and the invitation is withdrawn.

Edits and the live period

Your package includes a number of edit rounds before go-live; small fixes while live are free. The invitation stays live for the package's period from the first go-live, after which the link shows that the invitation has closed; you may extend it by a year at any time. We keep your replies for 90 days after that.

Your content

You own the words and pictures you give us and confirm you have the right to use them. We will not use them anywhere but on your invitation without your written permission. Content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringes somebody else's rights is not allowed, and we may take such an invitation offline.

Guests' data

Replies are your guests' personal data and you are responsible for using them for the occasion only. Our privacy notice says how we handle them on your behalf.

Availability and liability

We keep the service running on Google Cloud with daily backups and aim for it to be available at all times, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Our liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the invitation concerned.
